Job Market Overview

  • Average monthly jobs: 35
  • Top advertising sector: Government (35% of positions)
  • Other top sectors: Corporate and professional services

Location

  • Main location: Sydney (38%)
  • Flexible locations: 10% across most capital cities

Privacy Roles Advertised

  • Most advertised role: Privacy Officer (overtaking Privacy Manager)
  • Job functions: 79% compliance-focused

Salary

  • Salary information is provided for 25% of roles (mostly government)
  • Most common salary range: $126k-$175k (incl. super, 3-5 years experience)
  • Average salary: $129k (decreased from $145k last period)
